Overview

We are looking for experienced Sales and Marketing professionals to serve as Brand Associates for the AI Masterclass -- a premier AI education program for Fortune 500 Board Members and C-Level Executives.

Our approach is Community-First. We do not rely on traditional digital marketing or cold calling. Instead, we build exclusive communities where leaders can learn, share insights, and network with peers.

Your mission is to represent our brand at top-tier industry events, engage with senior executives, and invite them to join our invitation-only mixers and learning sessions.

Responsibilities

Identify & Engage

Attend 15+ approved events per month -- high-profile conferences and tech summits in Manhattan (e.g., Javits Center, Marriott Marquis) to identify C-Level Executives (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Board Directors).

Build Relationships

Approach minimum of 5 C-Level executives per event (who match AI Masterclass ICP) with professionalism and confidence. Your goal is not to "sell," but to introduce them to our academic community and peer network.

Drive Attendance

Ensure 20+ New Qualified C-Level Executives (who have not previously attended Intellibus events) attend our Mixers per month (private networking events nearby).

Ensure Success

Manage your RSVPs and follow up to ensure your invited guests attend. You will act as a host at the mixers to welcome them and introduce them to our leadership.

OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)

Primary Metric

20 New Qualified C-Suite Executives attending Mixers per month

Retention Bar

Minimum 10 New C-Suite Executives attending Mixers per month

Data Compliance

100% of interactions logged in Atlas AI within 1 hour of the event

Our Process

On-Campus Interview

In-person interviews at NYU SPS.

The 3-Day Marathon

Selected candidates undergo intensive training focused on sales & marketing skills and ecosystem knowledge.

The Final Exams

Atlas Quiz (ecosystem knowledge test) and Executive Simulation (real-time scenario where you prove you can break the ice and build rapport with a C-Level leader).

Receive Job Offer

The top performers receive a contract for the Spring Campaign.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in B2B / Enterprise Sales, Field Marketing, or GTM strategy
  • Proven public speaking experience
  • Technical background -- can write code or understand key engineering concepts
  • Founded or co-founded a business generating $100K+ in revenue
